Senses:You need to have good cordination over your whole body when doing shot put. If a part of your body slips or is even a little out of position you can majorly screw up.
Muscle Groups ( describe if they should be fast and or strong):The main muscle groups you will use are bisep,trisep,deltoids, and forearms. These are all in the upper body and to do the shot put you need a lot of upper body stregnth. So you need to be very strong
Mental focus skills:Some things you can do to get mentally focused is maybe not watch a lot of tv or anything like that. Just focus on the sport and what you need to do to accompish your goal. And practice as much as you can.
2.Dietary Requirements:

Physical:A good physicaly fit body will help in any sport there is to play. This including excersize and diet.
Mental/Emotional:You need to have a strong mental and emotional presence to participate in shot-put. You need be emotionaly stable so you can focus on the task at hand.
Social:The support of family and friends can help no matter what you are doing. They can drive you to do better and reach your goal.
Intellectual:You always need to be prepared to learn in any sport especially in shot put. A lot of shot put has to do with technique and you need to do whatever you can to learn that technique.
Spiritual:God can help you anything no matter what it is so being in touch with him will help and also having a clean concsious will also help because it will keep your mind on the sport
